Ingredients: (Makes 10 biscuits)
- 2 cups buttermilk biscuit mix (I used Bisquick)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter (I used Kerrygold grass-fed butter because this stuff is AWESOME)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Combine baking mix, water and cheese in a bowl
- Scoop biscuits (about 1/4 cup each), arrange on ungreased pan, and place in oven
- For the topping, mix melted butter with parsley, garlic powder, and seasoning.
- When biscuits are finished (about 10 to 15 minutes), take out of oven and spoon/brush top of biscuits with topping and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
