JRoc’s been so excited about giving me my Christmas present! So when the 25th finally came, wow… you’d think we both hit the Mega-Million. lol…
He got me a crock-pot! And not just *any* crock-pot… my VERY FIRST EVER Crock-Pot!! I couldn’t wait to use it… but our family spent Christmas ~ New Years on the strip like tourists, so I had to wait until today to take this baby for a spin.
And spin, she did. Well, not exactly… she kinda just sat there and got really hot.
And we made Corn Bread!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 - 16 oz package Marie Callender's Corn Bread Mix
- 1 cup cream style corn
Instructions
- Spray Crock-Pot with non-stick spray
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour into Crock-Pot
- Cook on high for about 2 hours (I started checking on my corn bread after 1 hour 30 mins)
