We LOVE Parmesan cheese bread! Not only is it yummy, but it’s so incredibly easy to make! And this time around, I added a little MAYO to kick up the flavor… and wow, can we say HAPPY TASTE BUDS!!!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or finely shredded
- French bread, about 6 slices, 1/2 inch crosswise each
- Freshly ground black pepper (optional, to taste)
