Thoroughly rinse quinoa in a fine mesh strainer.
Heat almond milk in sauce pan over high heat and add quinoa. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once liquid is absorbed and quinoa is tender, remove from heat and add cocoa powder and dark brown sugar. Stir to combine.
Serve each bowl of quinoa with chopped dark chocolate and berries. Of course, you're free to top it off with whatever you choose... nuts, coconut chips, apple slices, you create it!
