Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Nutella
- 1 Large egg
- 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe mug. Mix batter is smooth and egg has been completely mixed in.
- Cook in microwave for about 50 seconds to 1 minute. Cake should be set but might be a little wet. (It will condense as it cools)
- Serve with powdered sugar, chocolate syrup... or Nutella nice cream & crunchy oats like we did here!
