Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Bacon Cookies!

  • 1 Cup SKIPPY Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 slices of HORMEL Black Label Bacon cooked to a crip and crumbled into fine bits

(Optional) I added the following ingredients to to make the cookies a little lighter by adding

  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Combine the peanut butter, sugar and egg (baking powder & salt if you choose). Mix until smooth.
  • Add the chopped bacon and mix to incorporate.
  • Roll mixture into 1 inch (walnut sized) balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten each ball with a fork.
  • Bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes.
  • Cool for 5-7 minutes then place on wire rack.
  • Enjoy!
