I’ve been admiring the most kawaii (Japanese for “cute”) treats served in Japanese cafes, and wanted to make sumn adorably delicious here at home! What I did was simply split open a fresh baked croissant (or a warmed up ready-made one), spoon in some creamy egg custard (recipe below), and add your juicy strawberries! YUM…
“Omurice” is a Japanese omelette rice dish. “Omu” is short for “omuretsu” (The Japa pronunciation of “omelette”) and “rice” – the sweet, pan-fried rice cooked with ketchup and chicken.
We’re a Sriracha household… so when JRoc suggested we try making Sriracha Deviled Eggs, he got a #highfive and a whole platter of these for himself. 🙂 These babies are so freakin’ yummy… and super quick & easy to make! I know you’ll enjoy it as much as we have!
