We decided to switch things up and make a video of today’s Lockdown Meal… a deconstructed Salmon Sushi in a Jar! 🐟🥑🍣 I used smoked salmon, so aside from the sushi rice, this meal requires NO COOKING!
Ready?
Ingredients (1 serving/jar):
- 1/3 cup sushi rice
- 1 Tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cucumber, skinned and diced
- 1/4 cup carrot cut into strips
- 1 oz. sliced avocado
- 3 oz. smoked salmon
- Sesame seeds (optional)
These should keep in the fridge for about 3 days!
