Copycat Red Lobster’s Cheddar Biscuits Recipe!

Ingredients: (Makes 10 biscuits)

  • 2 cups buttermilk biscuit mix (I used Bisquick)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter (I used Kerrygold grass-fed butter because this stuff is AWESOME)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Combine baking mix, water and cheese in a bowl
  3. Scoop biscuits (about 1/4 cup each), arrange on ungreased pan, and place in oven
  4. For the topping, mix melted butter with parsley, garlic powder, and seasoning.
  5. When biscuits are finished (about 10 to 15 minutes), take out of oven and spoon/brush top of biscuits with topping and serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!

The inside is sooo cheesy, buttery, and garlicky… #nomnomnom
